STOTT PILATES® certified and with over a decade of experience in the Pilates industry, Thalia integrates the Reformer, the Split-pedal stability chair, and other forms of the highest quality Pilates equipment–providing clients with the maximum benefit. Sessions are more comprehensive, tailored to the individual, and target muscle groups safely and effectively. All through precise instruction and technique.

ATHLETIC CONDITIONING ON REFORMER
Ideal for athletes to increase strength, power, agility, and improve coordination while aiding in injury prevention.
REFORMER FOR ACTIVE SENIORS
Focuses on limited mobility and strength issues to enhance core stability, increase lean muscle mass, increase range of motion and improve body awareness–all through gentle, controlled movements.
REFORMER TRAINING FOR MEN
Challenges the body through a comprehensive resistance-training, core-focused workout tailored to male athletes, older adults, or for those who just want to build strength efficiently.
STABILITY CHAIR
Challenges both upper and lower body strength and used as a supplemental resistance-based apparatus to the Reformer, Stability Chair exercises target core stability, mobility, and increase peripheral strength. Excellent for knee and hip strengthening.
REFORMER WITH CARDIO JUMPBOARD APPARATUS
Designed to develop stamina, control, cardiovascular fitness and endurance through plyometric intervals on the Reformer Rebounder Trampoline.

$150 Intro Pack: 3 sessions (new clients only)
$90 single session
$400 for 5 sessions
$750 for 10 sessions
(all prices include sales tax).
A same day cancellation is considered a used session. Grip socks are needed for stability on the equipment.
